    Email usually not coming

    Dear Tanya,
    We are facing one very seriously issue is: about 2 or 3 days email will not come, with error in attached logs.
    we have already set connect_timeout=900
    wait_timeout=49800
    max_allowed_packet=134217728
    Is there any solution.

    Check server logs too, both espocrm server and mail server, if not the same.

          We use gmail and it’s still ok.problem only in crm email

              Hello, My client Espo cannot connect to the inbound e-mail(IMAP Gmail), when i'm try to select trash folder then i'm error(Could connected to IMAP serwer),

              check if your provider doesn't block the port 993
