    Hi,
Note: This feature is available since EspoCRM 4.7.0 and Advanced Pack 1.22.0. Assume that we have the field dateOfBirth in Contact entity. 1. Create new list report for Contacts. 2. In the filter section click Add Complex Expression and specify fields like on the screenshot.

You can do it with workflow.
    Create this report.
Create scheduled workflow with this report and send email

        Workflow with type Scheduled.
Scheduling 0 9 * * * means at 9 am every day (UTC timezone if I am right)

Could it depends on Jobs scheduled? It's a general tab:
                  Run Scheduled Workflows Active */10 * * * *

                    With 10 8 * * * = email starts and arrives at 11:00 (rome time )
with 20 8 *** = email starts and arrives at 11:30 (rome time)

                    I can't understand why this
                    can you help me?
