email template

Hello,
we send an order by e-mail to the supplier after the completion of an order.
With a workflow we wanted to set the respective recipient address. Depending on the e-mail template.
We did not find a solution.
Is there perhaps another solution?

Hi Peter,
the recipient could be depended on target record only, but not on the email template.
The only way I can see, develop Service method for Run Service Action action type, but it won't have good UI.

Hi, Tanya,
we are already sending E_amil to addresses that are not contacts or users.
My idea is to have a variable for the to field and set the variable in the template. If you use the template by hand, this email address is automatically set from the variable into the an-field.
We then create a template for each e-mail address.
This solution would be very good.
In a workflow, only one e-mail template (with variable) should be permanently linked. A dynamic selection is not necessary.
