Report - Find Duplicate Accounts or other Entity

Is it possible to generate a report to find/locate duplicate accounts or other Entity?
I have been playing with the reports and looking through the forums without any success.

I agree this would be a very useful feature - a trigeravle report using the same logic as is used to detect duplicates when they are added.

We are coming up against this again - integrity of data is really important - I think a semi manual task / report you could run to identify potential duplicates and then manually merge them would be great.
