curious contact

The contact Hans Wolle can be found immediately in the list of contacts by entering "Wolle".
If you want to write an e-mail from the company to Hans Wolle, it is difficult to find him:
"Wolle" not found
"Hans" not found
"Hans W" not found
"Hans Wo" found
we've only had this problem with one contact so far.
The full text search is activated for the contacts.
Is there an idea of the cause?
