Monthly remembers to call a customer - is this possible?

Hi, I don't find a possibilty, to make an automatic Date to remember me monthly to call a customer at a specific date? Has someone an idea? Thank you.

There is no such function in the calendar. With a workflow (advanced pack) it will work.

Hi,

It can be achieved with a scheduled workflow.

1. Create a list report that returns records (e.g. accounts) by specific criteria. E.g. customer with a specific checkbox marked.
2. Create scheduled workflow that will run according a specific scheduling and execute action from item 3.
3. Create action that will create a call (Create Related Record action).
