Change email template for notification after user is created.

I would like to change the e-mail template when a new user is created, bit I can't find the template.

copy from application/Espo/Modules/Crm/Resources/templates/assignment/{needed_language} to custom/Espo/Custom/Resources/templates/assignment/{needed_language} and edit needed templates.
Clear Cache in Administration.

Where can I change the subject field of the e-mail?
It's in English, not German. I found nothing in the label manager.

could you write how is correct in German "Assigned to you: [{{{entityType}}}] {{{name}}}" and we will create subject.tpl
