Where to create the OpportunityItem? I have not found a menu item.

Hello,
add Item List field to the Opportunity detail layout.
After you can add opportunity items directly to the needed opportunity, like in Quote entity.

Since we do not use the Quote entity offer, I did not know it.

On the Quote layout this field is added by default (here it is even on the panel).
But on the Opportunity this field has be added manually.
From the latest version you can also modify the layout of item list field.
