At a minimum, the fact that Reminders only get sent to CRM Users should be added as a field tooltip by default. Longer-term as a feature request, it would be great if email reminder send-outs for Contacts could be implemented.Last edited by scotta3234; 06-19-2018, 11:33 PM. -

yes, reminders are sending only to users.
But you can create a workflow, where you can send an email to contacts, if you have Advanced Pack.

Reminder Emails Not Sending To Contacts
Hi There,
We've been EspoCRM for a while now and have noticed that Reminder Emails are only sending to staff members and not our contacts in a meeting. Is there something that I forgot to enable? Or do I have to special code this?
