  • Reminder Emails Not Sending To Contacts

    Hi There,

    We've been EspoCRM for a while now and have noticed that Reminder Emails are only sending to staff members and not our contacts in a meeting. Is there something that I forgot to enable? Or do I have to special code this?

    Hello,
    yes, reminders are sending only to users.
    But you can create a workflow, where you can send an email to contacts, if you have Advanced Pack.

      Hi tanya ,

      We are looking to achieve this meeting reminders for contacts using workflows but we don't see the "Reminder Date" (check attached screenshot).

      Is there any other way you would do this workflow?

            At a minimum, the fact that Reminders only get sent to CRM Users should be added as a field tooltip by default. Longer-term as a feature request, it would be great if email reminder send-outs for Contacts could be implemented.
