Import - Saved Job?

Is there any way to save an Import Job to be able to run on a daily basis?

I have a report that I want to import and update accounts in the system every day from an outside source.
It would be nice to select a saved import job if possible. Instead of going through the wizard and hoping I don't make a mistake when going through all the options.

Create this import with the wizard in idle mode.

Develop own job, which will create the same row in the job database.
