Removed email not showing up in Trash folder

May be a learning curve issue...My removed email is not showing up in my Trash folder. Should I be using the Move to Trash option instead? If so, what is the Remove used for, destructive Delete? (Like Shift-->Delete in Windows).

Yes. You need to use move to trash and make sure that 'delete' action is forbidden for regular users to not to lose any email.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

        Hello,
I would like to know if the trash can is deleted from the CRM?
we move all emails to the trash if we want to keep the email.
We want to keep all e-mails in the trash.
Now I ask myself if the trash can be deleted automatically to save storage space or if the cache is deleted?
Or do I have to move the e-mails to a folder so that they don't get lost?

        Thanks for your help
