Employee leave of absence

Is there any mechanism of action in case of employee's leave? For example, assigning all sales opportunities to another employee while on vacation? It is possible to make it in BPM?

I would love this feature too. I really like how Zammad implemeted it: In the user profile, you can specify whether you are 'Out of Office' and define a 'replacement' user who will receive all notifications during your absence.

You can add the employee who will be handling specific Opportunities as a collaborator without changing the Assigned User. Alternatively, you can temporarily enable the "Multiple Assigned Users" feature.

However, an even simpler option is to select the relevant Opportunities and change the Assigned User using the Mass Update function.

Yes, this works if it's a permanent arrangement.

However, it's quite tricky to revert to the original assignee, for example after a holiday.

In my personal opinion, the best approach in this case is to add the collaborator to the existing records in bulk. Then, if necessary, the collaborator can be removed from the records after the vacation.
