Only one team can be assign to lead

If one team (the same) for all leads, than make field 'teams' as readOnly (Administration > Entity Manager > Lead > teams > check the box Read Only) and add needed team with Workflow or with Formula

Is possible setup rule, where lead can be assign only to one team ? Now can assign one and more. Or when changing team old one unassign.
