Can not send email

Hi

None of the users at my installation can send email. When users send emails they got a "connection time out 500 error" after about 5 sek.
The odd thing is than admin user can send test-mail, from the same account. I have tried giving a user admin rights but that did not help.
I using SMTP post 465, SSL
EspoCRM 4.6.0

Why can admin send testmail, but users can not?
