if you want to limit access to Knowledge Base for regular users, you need to create a role for this with access level 'teams', and manage access with teams

Limiting access to a knowledgebase article
There's a concept in EspoCRM of being 'internal' to the tool versus being a 'portal' user. I want to be able to post articles to both places - the 'internal' area with regular logged in users (non-portal users) as well as to specific portals for portal users. Is that possible?
My other question is about limiting access to a KB article. My non-portal users are able to see every KB article regardless of what I try. I need to be able to post articles that only a specific user or team can see. Is that possible?Tags: None
