Error 500 when saving - but changes are saved after refresh!!!

Check apache error log as well. Rebuild espo and check espocrm log
Also write espocrm, php, mysql versions, please

In the entity manager I created entity "Questions". It worked perfectly, I created new questions and edited existing questions without problem. But since few days ago if I create new or edit existing one I get ERROR 500 ... but when I refresh page or leave the page and then come back I see my changes so I should say, record is saved in the database and everything seems o.k.

I checked the LOG and there is nothing to find

Does anybody have idea what why I get ERROR 500?
