Error 500 when saving - but changes are saved after refresh!!!

In the entity manager I created entity "Questions". It worked perfectly, I created new questions and edited existing questions without problem. But since few days ago if I create new or edit existing one I get ERROR 500 ... but when I refresh page or leave the page and then come back I see my changes so I should say, record is saved in the database and everything seems o.k.

I checked the LOG and there is nothing to find

Does anybody have idea what why I get ERROR 500?

Check apache error log as well. Rebuild espo and check espocrm log
Also write espocrm, php, mysql versions, please

Update Advanced Pack, possible you need resave workflows, using this condition type

Thank you Tanya I will update Advanced Pack. But what do you mean by: "using this condition type"?
