Basic user guide

Hello, I'm new to Espro and have installed it on a test site so that I can get to grips with it. Is there a basic user guide available so that I can understand how the front end works? I like the way the system can be re-configured and will be making changes to the initial setup to meet my needs, but I would like to know how the information flows between the different parts of it.
