Link does not work anymore.

Hi,
For over a year, we use two separate modules A and B. They are linked with each other. A selection box in Module A connection is created to module B. If we want to select now the small list of module B is displayed. After selecting the field, however, is empty. The link is stored in the table of Module A. But not appear in the screen
The link between the module C and module B does not work either.

Do you use the latest version of EspoCRM? What was the version when you had created two entities A and B?

we use 4.2.5
create with 3.1 or 3.x
