How can I customize the notification

It's about notification settings. They are not here.
There is only
- Meetings
- Calls
- Tasks
- Emails
- Documents
- Target Lists, about which there is an alert.
But there is no Contacts, Opportunities, the change of which attributes are also important: the Opportunity is transferred from one employee to another, but the appointed employee will not be notified.

* There is Reminders field on meeting's layout. Only users will be notified.
* I think it's possible to implement in Workflow feature. Create scheduled workflow, that will list of contacts that have birthday today and create notifications for them. I will check this.

It's available in Full Form. You can also set default reminder in Preferences.

Regarding birthdays reminder using workflow. I just tested and it worked fine.

About workflow: Could you tell about? I can not find in the Administration (http://demo.espocrm.de/basic/?lang=en_US#Admin) interface to create. This article does not help :-( https://www.espocrm.com/features/workflows/
