Issue with the workflow

Hi,
it is tricky:

The company is assigned an employee A.
A Case for this company is assigned an employee B. Employee B completed the case. Automatic is an employee A will be informed, the employee B has edited the case.

The workflow is to send an email. But missing the target address.

Hi Peter,

Do you mean Workflow extension? What you have you specified in workdlow action? I don't undderstand.
