Practical use of espocrm account vs contact

I'm using accounts for my the businesses that I deal with. These businesses have contacts related to them. That's all clear.

However I'm also selling via a webshop to non-business entities like regular private customers. How is EspoCRM meant to be used in that case? Is it preferred to use an account for this customer? Or is it a contact?
