Import Error: What does the Exclamation field mean?

I have afield as a place holder for a warning. I am exporting only 2 fields and it doesn't include this field but some how the import is picking it up. Not sure how. The field label is an exclamation point "!" but the field name is cCONVERTBUTTON

I am not selecting this field

I am updating a Enum field of 160+ rows, there are only 5 options and some were updated and some were not, seems random as it wasn't all the same option that was rejected

Exampl 2 5 7 11 rejected and all others updated fine

Working only with 2 fields

PS tried a brand new csv file in case something was hidden in the export file

Never mind, I think the After Save script is running, another field is required
Kinda odd way to alter though, showing a different field as invalid
