Hi everyone,
I’d like to introduce DOT Calendar Feed, an extension we built for a recurring need in our EspoCRM projects: seeing selected CRM events in the calendar app you already use, without manual exports or a custom calendar script.
How it works
• An administrator enables the relevant event entities and maps fields such as title, start and end time, all-day status, and location.
• Each user creates named personal feeds in Preferences, with optional filters and a custom event-description template.
• The user subscribes to a private, tokenized ICS URL in a calendar app that supports subscriptions.
The feed uses the user’s EspoCRM read permissions. Personal feed links can also be regenerated if a URL needs to be replaced.
Compatibility
The current release has been tested with EspoCRM 9.x and 10.x, including installation, Preferences setup, and delivery of a working ICS feed on version 10.
This is a one-way calendar subscription: events flow from EspoCRM to the calendar app. It is not two-way synchronization, and refresh timing depends on the calendar app.

User Preferences — personal feeds, templates, and filters

DOT Calendar Feed is an independent commercial extension, not an official EspoCRM product. You can find more details, additional screenshots, and licensing options here:

I’d welcome feedback or questions about setup and use cases.
