Change Billing Address field

Is possible change the Billing Address type field?
For example, remove "State" and change the order of the postal code.

Without modifying the code, you can:
- completely remove the Billing Address from the layout;
- change the display order of the country, street, etc., under Administration > Settings > Address Format;
- if you need to "remove" the State from the address field, simply leave it blank.

If I do that, I will loose the information ?

What exactly do you plan to do?

In contacts, I already have information in the billing address, if I do the steps you mention, do I loose that information?

If you simply remove this field from the Layout, the data in that field will still remain.
