I have been using espocrm in my company , our company is facing issues due to duplication and mapping, how can we make lead relationship basis on website and not on account name as account name of one company different like ESPOCRM inc or espo Pvt, this creates two different account. what and how should we do as website for both account will be same.
in simple terms , one employee creates a lead with account name Nirvanalab and another employee create lead with account name nirvanalab inc , they both point to same website. when both are converted from lead to account, contact, opportunity . they are separate in account but both leads are from nirvanalab , ideally they should come under one account nirvanalab. I think if we change the relationship of lead to take website as mapping account tab , that can work , unable to change relationship.
