Hi, when I import from a CSV file it does not recognize the Portuguese characters.
Any ideas on how to overcome this?

Please include a shortened test version of the import file in the zip archive. Also include screenshots of the exact stage where the problem occurs.

Try re-saving your CSV file in UTF-8 encoding. The import tool requires UTF-8.

1. Instead of resaving, I copied the data from your table and created a completely new document into which I pasted the copied data:
2. Then, when saving, I selected UTF-8 format:

3. During import, everything is displayed correctly. You can take my file from the attachments as an example and copy the rest of the data there.

your file is not UTF-8, it is ANSI. You can use an editor like Notepad++, open the file there and change the encoding to UTF-8 (without BOM).
