    After an Email is changed on a Lead, the stream does not updated as expected

    Hi all,

    I have a question regarding the Lead Stream's functionality. A user is expecting the stream on a lead record to update with the emails related to the email that is present in the lead record. The user changed the email on a lead and the emails that had been sent to the new email previously were not added to the stream.

    I suggested that they go to the the relevant personal email account (that was involved in the email chain), change the account to inactive, hit save, wait 1-2min and then turn it back on and hit save. I hoped this would cause the email fetching job to run and look at the new email however this did not work.

    Any workaround or help regarding my issue would be great!
