Cloud: Layout view where you can see when Reports are created and who created them?

Or is there a secret to getting this view. Standard Created & Modified, etc. fields added to the layout?

On Cloud version, please advise if there is a way, need to get report to the client of all reports created. Where am I missing this ability?
