Email linking issue

I am setting up espo for my businhess and have created a group mailbox for sales@ ermail. I then have an employee that wants to only have that email in his email entity. I am using the google extension and it works.

He doesn't want to connect his personal company email but because his personal compnay email is added in his profiule page in the email field he is seeing any emails he is a part of from other users in the system.

How can i make it so he only sees the sales@ inbox emails and not these others that are being auto assigned to him?

In order for emails from one email address to be displayed to only one person, it must be a Private Email Account, not a Group.
