Lead entity does not show the Activities, History and Tasks section

Hey all,

Out of nowhere, the Lead entity does not show the Activities, History and Tasks section anymore. Contacts, Accounts etc does still show it.

In the Layout Manager there is no entries in the Side Panel of the Lead entitiy, the side panel of History and Tasks looks normal.

Do you have an idea what the problem could be and how I can solve it?

1. Click "Reset to Default" and save the changes.

WOW, thank you so much, 2. solved it for me. Do you know if I can safely remove this `sidePanelsDetail.json` file again? Because on an test instance this file does not exists at all.

The solution is complex and the removal was not verified.
Having previously saved `sidePanelsDetail.json` in a safe place, you can try to delete this file -> Make Rebuild -> Refresh the browser page and check if everything still works as you wanted. If not - return the file -> grant the necessary permissions -> Make Rebuild (i.e. re-perform the steps suggested in that post).
