Unable to import Account Titles in contacts

Hey everyone,
I am running 9.3.1 and when I try to create or import contacts there is no field Account Title in the dropdown. I have a slighly older version (9.2.7) and I can see it there. Is there a change in the way we import contacts or is it just missing/bug?
