Import Accounts and Contacts with CSV UTF-8 but error with Umlauts äüö

    Hello together,
I want to import Accounts and Contacts with a CSV file.
I am from Germany and there we have Umlauts like ä ü ö ß and so on.
From my ERP Lexware I made an Excel Export, edit the table and I save it as CSV UTF-8
I can import the CSV but get a line error if there is a Umlauts.

What should I do for success import with all lines and umlauts?

    Regards Arthur

    Greetings, spooner.arthur,

Please, tell what version of Espo you are using and, most importantly, what exact error do you get after the import attempt?

Send a full screenshot of that error and a screenshot of the first import page (Step 1) after inserting the target file.

I use the Espo Version 9.3.0
It's not because of the umlauts.
But by chance, there are umlauts in the lines and a mistake in the email address or phone number.

I assumed that the error was caused by the umlauts.
Thanks to your tip, I have now seen the correct error message.

Email Valid Email Address -> Space after .de
Phone Validity -> A / between area code and phone number

OK, now I have to check the CSV and correct the data.

      Thanks for your hint.
