Create Account in Workflow

How do I automatically create an account and contact with the workflow when the lead status changes to "converted"?

You can use formula, workflow, a lot of options there. You can simply click on Convert button and it'll allow you to go through process with few clicks.

In Actions > Create Related Record > Contact, add other required fields to copy.
