I have an instance where more than 50 users have their personal emails connected. Some of the users have more than 8k monthly incoming emails which ofcourse clutter their notifications a lot. Additionally the Global Stream looks like a massacre when there's so much incoming mails being registered to the system.
You would ask why don't they just disconnect their emails? Well, the idea is to track the incoming emails to every each deal/account/lead... Which is a very unique and good feature. But unfortunately the notification and global stream modules becomes unusable with so much emails.

My kind proposal and feature request:

- Option to disable/enable notifications about emails globally via Administration > Notifications
- Option to disable/enable notifications about new emails via Preferences > Notifications
