    Asking for someone else...

Well, got someone, who might be interested in the SaaS solution, with all plugins.
They have specific requirements, whereas i am not shure, whether espo will be able to manage:

    - They have billable events and need to send out e-invoices (latter one is possible, i assume, reading here and there)
    - They are a small association and need to invoice membership fees.
    - They also need to create a donation receipt, after membership fees have been paid. This info will be made avaliable by accounting or by a user, doing an action in crm (which action?)

They are 10 users and have about 120 members.

They also rely heavy on email campaigns to announce their events and keeping up with news about specific events. They have a couple of target lists, which they want to provide information to.

I didn't try sending emails via espo yet, still working on getting data in my system, so i appreciate any information anyone can provide.

    Thank you in advance.

PS: They run an old SugarCRM version, and any hints about moving Data from Sugarcrm 6.5.17 to espo are also appreciated.

    Hi,
i have used google translate.. so maybe i have not understand something.

I have migrate too from suitecrm/sugarcrm there are longtime. I have used (i am old school certainly) the espocrm client api : https://github.com/espocrm/php-espo-api-client

For other, out-of-box, espocrm can do all yours request (more than 75%), without interaction of user . (if you have a api to your bank or in belgium we have codabox)
So if you have the "bank/codabox" api, donation receipt can be send by workflow or you can add a new button who run workflow https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/exte...on-link-button
You can use AdvancedPack and/or SalesPack from espocrm.com or create your own "basic sales customisation".
But now in europe, e-invoice must go with PEPPOL or UBL or (?) (Belgium is PEPPOL but maybe you can not require PEPPOL like us because no profit, no vat).. Sales Pack info https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/exte...ales-pack-news.

Campaign exist in espocrm, you can too use MailChimp Extension from espocrm if you will.

Advanced Pack is a must have extension...all your process and requirement seemt to be done with..

If you could give the project a star on GitHub. EspoCrm believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

That is all doable with espocrm of course would require custom development but not as a SaaS as it is not permitted by espocrm license - so they need to be careful on how they approach this. if the 120 members are regular clients they can still treat them as a client but not a crm user (meaning the 120 members don't use espocrm as tool) they just receive information and the company is using espocrm to manage their client base.
