    Open Leads in Edit Mode

    Hello together,

i noticed, that you need to click edit every time you open a new lead. That takes time when the outbounder need to call someone and click edit everytime. Is it possible that every lead that is shown is directly in edit mode. And you need to see and use the next and before buttons.

    Thanks in advance!

    Greetings, conor,

I assume the best practice here without code implementations would be to edit leads records from list view.
Basically, set the phone number field to be displayed on the list view in Administration > Entity Manager > Lead > Layouts > List.

Then, you can simply press-to-call from the list view and right after press the edit button to open the Detail (Small) edit view. Please check the screenshots attached.

Combination opening the quick edit from the list view: Control + Middle Mouse Button on a link, then Control + Space.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Also, on the detail view page (inside the lead record), you can press Ctrl+Space to open edit mode and Ctrl+Enter to save the record. Then, to use the "next and before buttons," press the Ctrl+(right/left arrow on your keyboard) combination to navigate between the last and next record.
