    Cron job hostinger

    Hi,

I’m trying to configure a cron job for EspoCRM on Hostinger, but I’m having trouble getting it to run. I’ve tested the following command via SSH and it works, but it fails when I add it through Hostinger’s Cron Job panel:
    * * * * * cd /home/u874358713/domains/pwest.com/public_html && /opt/alt/php83/usr/bin/php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

Has anyone successfully configured EspoCRM cron jobs on Hostinger?
Any guidance on the correct command or required path would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Hi fernandoperal45,

Please try using the following line:
    HTML Code:
    cd /home/uxxxxxxxx/domains/mydomain.co.uk/public_html; /opt/alt/php83/usr/bin/php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1

        fernandoperal45,

        Please ignore the error completely.

It's much more important to determine whether the scheduled jobs are working at all. Go to Administration > Scheduled Jobs and click the Jobs button in the upper right corner. Review the list and check if there are any entries with a successful status (you can provide a screenshot).

Hi, there you go, I need assistance getting the mass email sending functionality working. It has not been working since I attempted to set up the cron job. I have restarted the service status and changed the configuration, but neither action has resolved the issue.

Please note that my SMTP and IMAP settings are configured correctly, as individual emails are sending without any problems.

Thank you in advance for your support.

You may not have the "Is for Mass Email" option selected in your Group Email Account settings.

If the option is selected, please send a screenshot of your Mass Email settings and its Queue Items.

              fernandoperal45,

The screenshots you provided clearly show that the cron job worked fine on December 24th, but now it's not working (it only worked once, possibly while changing a line in the crontab settings).

Please try to remember what cron job values you used on December 24th. When Dummy's job is no longer listed in the general list of jobs and you see a job with a Success status appearing at least every couple of minutes, this will mean the cron job is working. Only then should you proceed with setting up mass emails, as that's a completely different matter.
