Userrights to dropdown actions from a row

If i have a list, as an admin, i see some options for the dropdown of a row


If i log-on as a user with rights to edit and remove, i only get


The same user is able to do more from the action menu.



Is it possible to allow the user to use the dropdown actions from the row? If so, how do i set this?

This Regular User should have Edit and Delete rights not only to the current entity, but also to the entity displayed in the Bottom Panels. For example, a Regular User has maximum permissions for the Account entity. However, he also needs maximum permissions for the Contacts relayed to the current Account. Then he will be able to edit and delete Contacts from the Bottom Panels while in the current Account.
