    Does not display Account name in Portal

    Hi,

    We’re experiencing an issue in the Portal. When creating a new record (e.g. Quote, Sales Order, etc.), the Account field displays only the ID of the Portal User’s Contact Account, instead of showing the account name.

    I have two questions:
    1. Is there a setting that would allow the system to use the Portal User’s Account instead of the Portal User’s Contact Account?
    2. Have you encountered a similar issue, where the Account field shows only the Account ID instead of the Account name? (Please see the attached screenshot.)

    This is mainly matter of permissions. It's possible to adjust this in many ways, the question is what's user access to accounts entity?

        According to your screenshot, the User Portal only has read access to its own "name".
