Why are 'Insert Documents' from Compose Email not default filtered to parent Account?

you could alternativetly create a formula to send these emails together with another formula, which attaches these specific PDF to the mail. -
It does not filter by the current account because such a logic is not implemented. A semantically correct answer to the question.
It was planned to introduce such a filter. Maybe configurable. There's no good straightforward solution to this issue.Leave a comment:

I have a handful of documents specific to an Account that I am composing an Email within the Entity. Why would it be giving me a list of ALL DOCUMENTS within the CRM by default upon inserting attachment? That makes no sense - how do I simply auto-filter by default to just the parent Account that I'm working within when creating the email?Tags: None
