Anyone figure out how to expand list view?

We can barely show 1/10 of the information that other CRMs easily show. We have to figure out what's going on with EspoCRM, either a text size reduction...

It seems even utilizing wide view, we are really constrained by the appearance css of this required 'box view' to handle all lists. Most CRMs can fit...
