      You can add a panel to home dashboard with cases and set there auto-refresh time. That's the easiest way.

          i done it but its only applicable in home dashboard.. i want auto refresh feature in case entity list view page - https://domain/#Case

              It requires coding unfortunately. You can ask EspoCRM to add this featuire, but they're pretty busy.

                  I’ve requested this feature to be added for web socket some time ago, it will still probably take some more years as it’s not something high priority and there are other more important tasks to do at the moment.
