Invoice: Please advise where is the "allow for fractional quantity" set?

I am getting this error, old post talked about a setting, but I don't see it, is it in Products or setup somewhere?

I am trying to bill for services in hours, 30 minutes, etc.

I was removing some of fields I don't need since I don't have inventory and saw the Fractional field.....

Turns out you need to check IS INVENTORY to see it then check the Fractional box then UNCHECK IS INVENTORY for it to work for something like hours, can we get this moved to the man form, not sure it is obvious unless you stumble on it like I did

There's no such a problem for me. Maybe it's because you moved the field to the Quantity panel which is hidden when Inventory is disanled.

Oh maybe , I will reset the form, perhaps I was testing out when it first came out, didn't think I needed it till now thx yuri
