Customer history stream - Adding historical entries

We are trying to update our espo with older information of previous activities for the customer. It seems that even if a task or not it dated in the past it will not insert the item into the stream on the correct date. All items are inserted on the current date/time that it is being entered rather than the date time of the actual task or note. This produces a history that is not chronological. Is there a workaround or am I missing something?

i am still not sure what you mean but i assume you want the task to respect the date they were created. if yes then when you import just map the createdAt field to whatever date you have on you csv.
