    Send Email Notification Job Shows Success, but No Emails Sent for Tasks/Project Tasks

    Hi all,

    I am using EspoCRM 9.2.2 with the Project Management extension 1.3.1.
    I have connected and tested both a group mailbox and a private mailbox. Test emails are being sent successfully. The jobs are running.

    In the log under Administration -> Data -> Job: Send Email Notifications, the status shows Success.

    However, no notification emails are sent when I create a new task or project task.

    Under Administration -> Notifications, the checkbox for Send Email Notification is enabled, and both Tasks and Project Tasks are selected.

    I have no idea why the notification emails are not being sent or received.

    The described feature works only for users who are not currently in the system. Basically, you will not get a notification after assigning, for example, a project task to yourself.

    Additionally, can you please share the screenshot of the Administration > Notifications settings?
