Hi! I noticed that your system is also positioned as a CRM for Healthcare. Could you please clarify if it is HIPAA compliant? Do you have any users (examples) who use the CRM for Healthcare?

i would say that EspoCRM is a solid base of CRM for various industries, but it's a BASE. I would not call it a ready product for a hospital for example, because it requires adjustment.
I personally treat HIPAA as similar to GDPR and EspoCRM contains mechanisms like possibility to mark fields which contains personal data. Thanks to this, you can permanently erase personal data from record.
