What kind of role permissions are needed to manage portal users completely

Hi,

I want to setup a role for managing Portal Users completely, inclusive generate/reset/set the password, to give our support team all possibilities to manage them.
Up to now, I can not even edit the Portal User, I can only view a Portal User.

So please tell me what kind of rights a Role need to manage Portal Users.

It can only be done by Admin users.

there’s an extension that allows to create portal admins to do these tasks by eymen-elkum but it’s a bit pricey.

Then I think this is a feature request. I don't want to give admin rights to the persons which should handle the portal stuff.
