    - Enable Debug mode.
    - Try uninstalling and removing absolutely all extensions from your instance.
    - Install the version of the Project Management extension that you have not had any problems with and check if everything works as it should. If so, install the current version of Project Management.
    - If everything is fine, then install the rest of the extensions. If not, provide the part of the log that concerns Project Management.

Hi. If you provide us with your custom folder it may help. You can create a case in the customer portal if you would like to expose your customizations to the public.

    Hi yuri,
    We've checked everything:
    - Developer Mode isn't enabled (our system has been running perfectly with other extensions for years)
    - File permissions are set correct

What else can we do? We'd obviously like to use the Project Extension again.

    Hi yuri,
thank you very much for your help.
We'll review everything and provide feedback. The system runs normally without the plug-in at the moment.

It be also that your web server serves not actual js file for some reason. One that was there when the previous version was installed.

I also have a successful installation of the new version of the Advanced Pack extension when the new version of the Project Management extension is already installed. I cannot reproduce your error.

Do you have the developer mode enabled? Extensions do not support the developer mode. The project management extension works fine for many users.

The cause of the problem has been found: The cause was not the update of the "Advanced Pack" extension, but the update of the "Project Management" extension.

We discovered this because the path in the URL above contains "project."

We have now uninstalled Project Management, and everything is working again, including the cache!

This means that version 1.3.0 from July 25, 2025, appears to be faulty. We now need help with how to proceed, since we also pay for Project Management.

Additionally: Our EspoCRM is on the latest version, and the Advanced Pack is also on the latest version, but:
EspoCRM with cache no longer allows any display; it only works if you disable the cache.

When you enable the cache, a message appears stating that the file

    GET

    is not found.

    Hi animax,

I would like to kindly inform you that I have just successfully upgraded the Advanced Pack extension from version 3.10.2 to version 3.11.6 with cache enabled. No freezes or hangs were observed.

Perhaps the EspoCRM logs or server logs will contain more information about this situation?

We were able to install the Advanced Pack completely without the cache, but after enabling the cache there is no display again.

We've now discovered that if you disable the cache in the config, the display will work again.

But this can't be a permanent solution. That's why we need help.
